Hello, my name is Paul Martin. I live in the picturesque region of Northumberland, not far from Newcastle, with my wonderful wife Sam, our two children, Ethan and Brooke, and our cat Izzy.

My journey into the world of capturing imagery began in 2014, igniting a passion that led me to start my business, Centre Stage, in 2016.

My love for videography is deeply influenced by my fascination with movies. I’m captivated not only by the stories but also by the art of cinematography and how the manipulation of light and composition can enhance any narrative. This love of controlling light drives me to continually educate myself and refine my cinematic techniques, enabling me to craft beautiful and memorable visuals.

Shooting weddings is a particular joy for me because they are like living movies. The decorations, the attire, and the raw emotions of the day create a perfect backdrop for storytelling. I’m dedicated to not just documenting your special day but also crafting an emotional journey in my films that evoke genuine feelings in those who watch them. Paul was fantastic, he dedicated so much of his time to getting the footage perfect on the day, and after a while we hardly even noticed he was there!
